Is our data secure, backed-up, confidential?

Data is backed up nightly and written to multiple disks. We can perform full backup recovery in the event of a system-wide emergency. Our hardware is also fully redundant so even if one disk or server fails nothing will be lost and the system will not go down. Our uptime is over 99%.

Can we install RecruitGear Express on our server?

This version of RecruitGear is a hosted version. We maintain the servers, the security, all the updates and improvements so you don't have to worry about anything. The RecruitGear team manages the system remotely, so if an issue pops up, it can be fixed without having to recall software or ask customers to install a patch.

What if I need help? Do you provide support?

We provide support via email. We'll provide an answer to you for any question about RecruitGear Express within a day.

Can you customize RecruitGear Express for us?

Yes. Once you click [print] the entire application will print as one continuous document.
